I originally found this dealership through capital one auto app, because I was pre-approved. The staff at this business are so professional and kind. They made the process of buying very easy, while explaining everything throughout. I have a young child he is 3yr old, who’s hard to take places at times, but they also helped me with that put SpongeBob on for him while I signed the paperwork. I really appreciate how thoughtful this dealership is. I love my car thanks Maplewood auto, and special thanks to Carl he personally made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

We had a great experience working with the team at Maplewood Auto Mall. Carl and Nick were extremely communicative and thorough in helping us purchasing our vehicle. They were honest, fair and made buying a car a seamless experience. We would recommend this place to anyone and would choose them first when buying future cars.

The staff were all very friendly and got us a great deal that fit our budget perfectly - on the first try! We loved it as soon as we saw it and knew it would be coming home with us today!

I went in on Saturday to look at 3 of there Sivlerado’s they had. Kyle came out with the keys to all 3, now I was there right at 9 am. I was unsure which one I would choose, Kyle was very patient and said I could drive all 3 if I like. Very cool! After looking at them and having a conversation about them all, I made my choice. He was very accommodating. Filled out the paperwork and took the test drive. Finance was very fast, fastest I have ever experienced. Found the deal that would work, I was amazed due to my credit. All in all I would recommend this dealer highly! Friendly and went above and beyond any experience I have ever had buying a truck. Keep up the great work guys. Drove home with my new used truck in about 2 hrs.
